QL model Double Girder Magnetic Overhead Crane could equip with hanging beam, it is applicable to use at steel mill, shipyard, port yard, storage and waste warehouse to lift and transfer steel plate, pipe, profile steel, steel bar, steel billets, steel coil, spool, iron and steel scraps, etc. different sizes of long and bulk material. The hanging beam could horizontal rotation to meet different working demands.
This type crane is heavy duty type with working duty is A6~A7, crane lifting capacity includes the dead weight of magnetic lifters.
There are various types of hanging beam, fixed type, telescopic type and rotating type to meet different working condition.
1. Normal temperature type electric magnet:
Could design according the lifting material size, weight, package situation etc. Working temperature is from 0~100°C.
2. High temperature type electric magnet :
This type is normally used for melting workshop, charging the furnace, working in high temperature near the furnace and liquid steel. Working temperature would be 700°C.
3. Magnet units with rotating hanging beam:
This type magnet normally would have 2 or more magnets units together and fixed on a traverse beam to achieve flexible work for long size steel products, such as still billets, thick steel plates, steel rail etc. The magnets system can be rotating type so that it can pick the steel items at any position and direction.
